The Meaning Of Life

Hey everyone, it's been a long time since i have last posted but this is one of the posts that i had to share with you.    Do you ever just sit back and think that if life had been different? If you had been someone else and would have led a more prosperous and tension-free life? I have been there too and while thinking about that, i questioned myself, what is the benifit?    We all take birth, we all die and nobody gains anything out of it. If according to the people, "God" created us then can please anyone explain it to me, Why?       If he created us then he must have a purpose and i don't seem to be completing any task that he has given us. Why did he create us? What does he get out of it?     In Hindu religion it is stated that after 80 crore births as animals, plants or insects, you finally take the form of a human but for what? To study my whole life and then give up trying?     To always be in stress and worry about my future? I didn&

Europa : The Moon suitable for life or not?

The above image is awesome isn't it. this image is of the moon of Jupiter, Europa.

Greetings from Visarg who is mad about space and universe and physics. Today's post is about if man ever went to Europa what will be the advantages and disadvantages and why is Europa able to support life?

So, Let's get started.

Europa is the fourth major moon of Jupiter and the second most suitable planet to support life. The first is Ganymede. This moon is considered a change in the history of mankind because it has acid combined with a base to create a neutral liquid( i.e - water :p) beneath its surface. Going to this moon will be an amazing experience but reaching the moon, it might be not so good. There are some disadvantages of surviving on Europa but mostly it is disadvantageous.

Advantages of Europa

  • Europa has water beneath its surface. Sure, the extraction process would take time but there will be water roaming freely throughout the surface in a few decades.
  • It is an isolated and barren icy wasteland. It has nothing but frozen ice and sulfur on its surface but scientists think that there might be a few biological processes going on its surface.

Disadvantages of surviving on Europa

  • As it is close to Jupiter, This mighty giant excerts radiation that may be harmful to human beings.
  • There is a thin atmosphere on Europa and the oxygen produced is thrown into the atmosphere.
  • It is bone chilling and dead cold there which is the reason it is impossible to survive without your space sit.
  • There is a probability that every 2 or 3 decades an asteroid from the asteroid belt might hit you.
