The Meaning Of Life

Hey everyone, it's been a long time since i have last posted but this is one of the posts that i had to share with you.    Do you ever just sit back and think that if life had been different? If you had been someone else and would have led a more prosperous and tension-free life? I have been there too and while thinking about that, i questioned myself, what is the benifit?    We all take birth, we all die and nobody gains anything out of it. If according to the people, "God" created us then can please anyone explain it to me, Why?       If he created us then he must have a purpose and i don't seem to be completing any task that he has given us. Why did he create us? What does he get out of it?     In Hindu religion it is stated that after 80 crore births as animals, plants or insects, you finally take the form of a human but for what? To study my whole life and then give up trying?     To always be in stress and worry about my future? I didn&

The science of Interstellar

Interstellar is a 2014 sci-fi movie directed by Cristopher Nolan starring Matthew Mcconaughey. This film is entirely based on gravity and time. Although some people migh have understood the ending of the movie, it is still a lot confusing. So, today I will try to explain you the ending.

Let's start with the earth's atmosphere of that time. It has been stated in the movie that earth had 81% nitrogen and 1% other gases and the remaining 18% oxygen. As a result several crops were dying due to the lack of oxygen and only blight was remaining. When Cooper discoveres NASA's coordinates, he goes there and gets selected as a flight commander and professor tells that "they" selected you. The word "they" is used for human being of the future but how was it possible is not shown in this movie.

    Miller's Planet

Miller's planet was the one where there was no land mass and there was just water.  Now many people het confused about the time depicted in the movie. The black hole near miller's planet had such huge gravity that it slowed down time. This resulted in the reality of 1 hour on miller's planet is equal to 7 years on earth. This concept has been going on since Einstien's theory of relativity because he said that "time is flexible." So for Cooper, time was running very fast while on earth it was running very slow. This means that time was given a physical dimension in the movie.

    The Ending

The ending is the most confusing part because it is pure physics. When Dr. Brand was going to his beloved's planet, Cooper left the spacecraft and entered the Black hole. First he sent TARS but the transmission failed later on. Then he went in and he saw his daughter Murphy's room. When her daughter was a child she reportedly told Cooper that there is a ghost in this room because the books usually felt off from the shelves. Later on Cooper realised that the ghost was none other than himself. And the "STAY" message she got from the bookshelves was given by Cooper only. Cooper realised that gravity can cross all dimensions even time. Therefore, he used a sign language to address Murph by the watch he had given her the day before he left, the data that was lacking for Murph to complete the professor's incomplete equation. For those of you who don't know the equation was of gravity as if how to lift these much people from planet earth. As Cooper wanetd to save his children, he wanted to do anything possible to save them and jumping into a black hole was his last choice.
