The Meaning Of Life

Hey everyone, it's been a long time since i have last posted but this is one of the posts that i had to share with you.    Do you ever just sit back and think that if life had been different? If you had been someone else and would have led a more prosperous and tension-free life? I have been there too and while thinking about that, i questioned myself, what is the benifit?    We all take birth, we all die and nobody gains anything out of it. If according to the people, "God" created us then can please anyone explain it to me, Why?       If he created us then he must have a purpose and i don't seem to be completing any task that he has given us. Why did he create us? What does he get out of it?     In Hindu religion it is stated that after 80 crore births as animals, plants or insects, you finally take the form of a human but for what? To study my whole life and then give up trying?     To always be in stress and worry about my future? I didn&

The Uncertainity Principle

Today's post is about the uncertainity principle and the after effects of it known as the "Quantum Mechanics". The uncertainity priniple was made by Werner Heinsberg.

In order to predict the future position and velocity of a particle, one has to be able to measure the future position and velocity of a particle accurately. The obvious way to do so is to shine light on these particles. Some of the waves of light will be scattered and this will indicate the position of the particle. However, one will not be able to determine the position of the particle more accurately than the distance between the wave crests of light, so one needs to use light of a short wavelength in order to measure the position of the particle precisely.

The Uncertainity Principle led to the creation of Quantum Mechanics in which the newtonian laws of motion do not apply.  In the image given above, we can see two atoms that are about to e blast off in different directions from the origin at the same speed. This experiment has shown that the uncertainity principle can be altered based on situations. The idea was given by Albert Einstien. Consider the following example to understand : -

When two atoms from point O (0,0) are thrown apart from the origin at same speed in different directions, one can calculate distance of atom 1 and the speed of atom 2. As both are correspondent, we can have the speed and distance of the same atom by using an another atom.
